Jamie and his team have worked with Young’s to develop a range of exciting, tasty and sustainable frozen fish products to make fish more accessible and easy to enjoy.

Jamie recognised that Young’s were an industry leader in the responsible sourcing of fish and their Fish for Life programme highlights everything Jamie holds important in responsible fish procurement.

We want to encourage people to try different types of fish and, together with Young’s, we’ve sourced some tasty varieties without damaging the environment or fish stocks for the future. The fish are frozen at their freshest, locking in all that fantastic flavour, which means my frozen fish range is not only good for the sea, it’s also good for you.
