	Oven chips for 2 people
	4 slices of wholemeal bread
	Salt and fresh black ground pepper to taste
	Vinegar to taste
	Lemon garnish

Serve in the traditional classic way with mushy peas, tomato ketchup, chunky oven chips and slices of buttered crusty bread. Garnish with a wedge of lemon.
