Polarfrost Seafoods Limited was founded in 1982 as an importer and distributor of mainly Frozen at Sea fish fillets to the independent wholesale trade in the UK.
The business has grown by specialising in Frozen at Sea Cod, Haddock and Saithe fillets, working closely with factory trawlers and agents in all the main North Atlantic Fisheries (Norway, Iceland, Faroe Islands, etc). |

Today Polarfrost Seafoods Limited continues to have very strong trading links with many of the factory trawlers it originally worked with. In addition it has forged close business associations with a number of the new, and more modern freezer filleting vessels that have joined various fleets, operating not only in the North Atlantic, but also in the various white fish fisheries around the world giving the company access to a much wider range of species including Frozen at Sea Hoki fillets, Frozen at Sea Alaskan Pollock fillets, Frozen at Sea Capensis Hake fillets, Frozen at Sea Pacific Cod Fillets, Frozen at Sea Catfish fillets and Individually Quick Frozen (I.Q.F.) fish fillets.
