Young’s is a modern, forward thinking company. We take our responsibilities very seriously and are committed to playing our part in addressing sustainable fisheries and other important environmental, workplace and social concerns, both locally and internationally.
We are not afraid to challenge industry practices which we feel are inappropriate and hold our own policies under regular review in the light of a rapidly changing world.
As we are a seafood company, our most important environmental priority is that of sustainable fisheries - because this is the area in which we can have the most impact. We describe our approach as 'Fish for Life' - the core principles of which are summarised in our 'Ten Principles for Responsible Fish Procurement' document.
