Young’s has expertise in all kinds of fish – frozen and fresh, smoked and natural, modern and traditional. We supply everything from the finest smoked salmon and fresh-caught langoustine to battered ‘Chip Shop’ fish and potato topped pies for family suppers.

We are the UK's leading producer of products made with MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) sustainable fish, producing over 80% of all the MSC products currently available in the UK.

Home to Young’s, Grimsby is still the centre of seafood, in fact over 70% of the fish eaten in the UK is processed in the Humber region!

Young’s sources 60 species of fish from 30 countries worldwide. We work closely with our suppliers to try and ensure that this is the best quality fish, sustainably produced.

UK best sellers
We are most famous for our Young’s Chip Shop, Ocean Pie, Prawns and Scampi products. Our Admiral’s Pie is the UK’s best-selling ready meal – one is consumed every 5 seconds!
Fish the fastest-growing protein
Consumption of fish continues to grow faster than that of any other protein – sales of fish currently growing at 2% a year, whilst both meat and poultry sales are in decline (Source AC Nielsen 26.1.08)
Fish for life and health!
Fish is one of the healthiest proteins you can eat – that’s why the Government recommends two portions a week for everyone. One of these should be an oily species high in Omega 3.
