With this in mind, we have developed our ‘Fish for Life’ approach. In the search for responsibly-caught fish, we now buy around 60 species from 30 countries – and we’ll only deal with fisheries and producers that share our belief in sustainable seafood.
Finally, we apply Young’s 200 years' experience to exploit the natural variety and versatility of fish. Be it frozen or chilled, prawns, breaded scampi, battered fillets or delicious smoked salmon; natural fish to cook with or freshly caught Scottish langoustine, Young’s Seafood has something for everyone to enjoy.
